Reach Subsea, a leading solutions and technology supplier for ocean data and services from Norway, is growing its order backlog after obtaining many new contracts, contract extensions, and call-offs across the scope of the company's existing frame contracts in the North Sea and the Americas region. Reach Subsea has signed contracts for over NOK 570 million (€50 million). The vast majority of these contracts begin in Q1 and encompass every aspect of fleet and services.
In the past, Reach Subsea inked a 3- 5-year charter deal with Agalas for a low-emission IMR/survey vessel that features an innovative lifting mechanism and an accessory package that can be customised to a variety of market spaces. Reach Subsea was also employed for Equinor's offshore operations in Brazil last month, delivering integrated light development, assessment, repair, maintenance (IMR), and survey services on the Peregrino field.
"We successfully secured employment in many areas and locations. Recent contracts show a rising demand for our subsea services in all areas". Reach Subsea CEO Jostein Alendal stated that the company's subsea project calendar continues to be active in Q1, indicating a promising start to the year.
