Sulmara Responds to Taiwan’s Offshore Wind Boom with Long-Term Survey Services

This shift is being driven by greater confidence in Taiwan’s offshore wind sector, where all five Round 3.2 auction projects have recently signed contracts, totaling 2.7 GW of capacity.

Seaway7’s Antonina Timofeeva described Sulmara’s in-country support as reliable and effective, particularly in overcoming operational hurdles on-site. Sulmara’s expansion isn’t stopping at Taiwan. In a recent move that reflects the broader regional push for renewable energy, the company signed an MoU with South Korean firm Allforland to jointly deliver mapping services to support South Korea’s offshore wind targets.
