CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Onshore HSE Advisor to support marine operations, especially nearshore and cable-laying activities. This role involves active participation in audits, promoting safety in design, and serving as the main point of contact for HSE matters in the ERP team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HSE support for nearshore and cable-laying operations.
• Conduct audits in collaboration with the vessel team.
• Contribute to safety in design discussions and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant HSE standards and best practices.
• Act as a key safety contact for ERP team operations.
• Support continuous improvement of safety culture and documentation.
• Perform site visits and follow-up on corrective actions.

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

• Relevant HSE experience in offshore/marine operations.
• Background in cable-laying projects.
• Familiarity with safety in design and new build environments.
• NEBOSH certification (preferred).
• Ability to work remotely and travel regularly to sites.
• Based in the UK, preferably near QHSE teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with potential to grow into a QHSE Manager role.
