Stephenson Operations is currently recruiting a Scanfish Engineer to join our client team.

What will you do in this position?

As a Scanfish Engineer, you will work closely with the team to acquire, QC, and process geophysical data including SSS, SBP, magnetometer, and EIVA Scanfish.

What are your key responsibilities?

•Plan and coordinate mobilization and demobilization of online and offline survey spreads.

•Maintain and repair survey equipment.

•Lead deployment and recovery of survey equipment from vessels.

•Assist with or lead mobilization, calibration, and demobilization of vessels.

•Author, update, and follow work instructions and procedures on a variety of geophysical survey work;

•Ensure adherence to QHSSE policies and practices.

Who are you?

•You have a degree in Marine surveying;

•You have previous experience on multiple types of projects including UXO projects.

•You have the willingness and ability to travel regularly to project locations globally.

•You are capable of working with hull-mounted equipment.

•You are able to generate a safe and quality-based culture within the team.

•You are a great communicator verbally and written.

•You are a good team player and able to form working relationships with Clients and colleagues at all levels.

Must have

•Experience with EIVAScanfish,hull-mounted MBES.
