 Stephenson Operations is currently recruiting a Report Coordinator to join our client’s team.

What will you do in this position?

The ideal candidate is someone who takes responsibility for whole projects, during the acquisition phase liaising with the offshore teams and then with the office teams to finalize products.

What are your key responsibilities?

• Strong offshore survey background.

• Ability to write comprehensive reports for all phases of the project.

• Ability to supervise and coordinate with the team to finalize reporting.

• Ability to identify data quality issues.

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of software.

• Competent in writing/updating survey procedures.

• Ability to represent the company professionally at all times.

• Willingness to undertake independent learning relating to job role.

Who are you?

• You are capable of working with spreadsheets, and SharePoint and being computer literate.

• You are able to generate a safe and quality-based culture within the offshore and onshore teams.

• You are a great communicator verbally and written.
