CANDIDATE PROFILE
• 5–10 years of subsurface and operational experience
• Relevant Master’s degree
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Eagerness to learn and drive continuous improvement
• Hands-on experience with pore pressure and wellbore stability
• Proficient in both Norwegian and English (spoken and written)
