Oil services company Kent has been granted a global, three-year enterprises framework agreement by oil giant Shell. Under the terms of the contract, commissioning and startup services will be provided for a variety of onshore and offshore projects in addition to a broad spectrum of energy-related industries, such as new energy, gas, and oil.
Kent will apply Shell's procedures, methods, and tools across the program of works, including its specially designed commission ability software, and support Shell's project portfolio with its highly skilled commissioning and start-up team.
The EFA and CSU deal is signed for three years.
CEO of Kent Tush Doshi said, "We are incredibly proud to have been chosen by Shell for this prestigious contract." This reflects the trust we have built with Shell and is also a tribute to our faith in our superior commissioning skills."
"We are dedicated to establishing new standards for commissioning excellence and are thrilled about the opportunity this contract offers. Without a doubt, this partnership will advance our shared objectives for operational success and innovation."
By removing result uncertainty associated with commissioning readiness and execution and optimising the start-up timeline and dependability of new facilities, Kent will help the UK energy heavyweight's goal to enhance performance metrics.
